"On a line attached to a parafoil, 'Spin
Socks' create a sensation as they gracefully rotate on the wind. Some are
quite large, enabling an adult to stand upright in the mouth of the 'sock',
with headroom to spare. As seagulls bathe unconcernedly in the rivulet
that runs to the sea, people enjoy the kites on the beach."
