"Three Blue Iris" by Carol Thompson

Three Blue Iris

"Three beautiful blue iris proudly stretch toward the morning sky."

Artist comment:  "This painting was originally conceived and painted for a T-shirt design.  Since the T-shirts have been completed, I decided to fill in the background and make prints.  I chose purple and gold (opposites on the color wheel) and painted an abstract field and sky."
