"Tug Mug" by Carol Thompson

Tug Mug

"On a busy day in the harbor, a symbol of the 'coffee break' moment is captured in time as this mug can attest."

Artist comment:  "While doing an art show on the dock, I had an opportunity to observe the intimate scenes of everyday life in the harbor.  This pastel painting on Mi-Teintes paper was created to bring out the strength and artistic rhythm of the coils of rope in a natural setting."
